These terms and conditions apply to the sale supply of goods by Team Grasshopper Limited to the Customer and no other terms shall apply.
Team Grasshopper reserves the right to tweak or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice being given.
All our product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
We work with a specialist website fulfilment company based in Rugby, who do everything they can to get your orders to you quickly. Orders taken before 12pm on a weekday will be packed and sent out the same day either by Royal Mail or courier. You should allow 2-4 days for delivery. All orders are subject to product availability and upon acceptance of orders. Delivery times are subject to the delivery service used (Royal Mail & Yodel) and there shall be no liability on Team Grasshopper for late delivery.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details are correct. Failure to supply correct information may result in the order being returned to the supplier and an additional postage charge could be incurred.
AVAILABILTY
In the event of an item either being temporarily unavailable, Team Grasshopper will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative (another delicious flavour) with an equal value or delay dispatch until the item has been obtained. If you do not wish to wait or don't fancy our suggested alternative flavour, Team Grasshopper will refund your order.
PAYMENT
All payment will be processed via PayPal secure server. Orders will only be processed for cards recognized by PayPal. All payment transactions will be made in sterling. We won't capture or store your card details and once you have entered your card number into a payment page securely hosted by PayPal, all sensitive data is encrypted and sent to the banks for processing.
PRIVACY/SECURITY
All your details are kept confidential under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. Any data held by Team Grasshopper Ltd will be used solely for ordering goods from the site. We will not share any personal data submitted by visitors to our site to any third parties.

Claims for damaged goods must be notified to Team Grasshopper in writing by email or by telephone within twenty-four hours of delivery. No goods may be returned for credit or replacement without the prior written consent of Team Grasshopper Ltd.
OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in or relating to Team Grasshopper Ltd shall remain the property of Team Grasshopper Ltd. Please do not alter or remove any copyright symbol or any other identification or information concerning the authorship or ownership of any of the data belonging to Team Grasshopper Ltd.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms and conditions and all sales via this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
